RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the point of sale to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
All items must be returned unused
All items must be in original packaging
All items must be returned with original labels
All items must be free of damage
You must have read and understood the below policy in full
Prior to dispatch you have the right to cancel or amend your order. Full refunds will be given on cancellation before dispatch. Please note we aim to dispatch your goods
If you would like to exchange your dice please contact us for instructions on firstname.lastname@example.org. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the point of sale.
Unfortunately we can-not accept repeat exchanges on the same purchase i.e. set(s) of dice. However, we do accept a single exchange on the set(s) purchased within the initial order. You must notify us within 30 days from point of sale if you wish to exchange any item.
Exchanges are available for dice of the same value. Subject to stock availability*. If you wish to exchange your dice for a set of different value, please follow the returns process.
*Repeat Exchanges, two or more exchanges of an item or items from the same sale
HOW TO RETURN YOUR DICE
Please note, you must make us aware of your intentions to return your dice prior to posting them back to us.

Please be aware we are unable to accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in return mail. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain proof of postage.
DAMAGE AND ISSUES
All items are checked for quality on dispatch, however if you are unhappy with the quality of your item, or you have received the wrong item please contact us on email@example.com, so we can work to resolve your issue. Please include photos where possible.
If you have not received your item please get in contact with us. Legally we can only consider an item lost after 10 working days past the expected delivery arrival.
Prior to contacting us please ensure that:
You have entered the correct shipping details
You have checked with other occupants of the address
Checked any safe places
Checked with your neighbours
In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all terms set out in our returns must be met. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds where items have not been returned within 30-days from the point of sale. As mentioned we require all products to be free of damage, in their original packaging and unused. All labels must also be returned.
Please note that products purchased as a bundle must also be returned as a bundle, we are not able to process refund on partial return of products. We cannot accept returns on sale items or on gift cards.
Once you return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund. Please contact your card issuer in the first instance, however if there are any issues please do reach out to us.
Although we strive to make sure you receive your order in the times specified, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. There may be disruptions to our distribution services. Unfortunately this is something we cannot control at this time.
